My recipient didn't receive the money — what should I do?
Check the transfer status in Activity first:
- New — the transfer hasn't been funded yet. See Why is my transfer still "New"?.
- Processed — funds have been released. 90% of our transfers settle in the recipient's account within 24 hours. If it's been longer and they still haven't received it, contact support with your transfer reference and we'll investigate with the destination bank.
- Error — the transfer was blocked. Funds have been returned to your Automatcher wallet. See Why is my transfer in "Error" status?.
