Can I cancel a transfer?

You can cancel any transfer that's still in "New" status. Funds haven't been released yet.

• Australia customers (online): contact support with your transfer reference. We'll cancel the transfer and the funded amount stays in your Automatcher wallet.
• Indonesia customers (call centre): call or message our call centre. They can cancel for you.

Once a transfer is Processed, the funds have been released to your recipient's bank and we cannot reverse it from our side. See What if I sent money to the wrong account? for what can be done after that point.

Quotes that expire before funding arrives are automatically cancelled. You don't need to do anything. You'll just need to create a new transfer with a fresh quote when you're ready.
