How do I check the status of my transfer?
Sign in to your account and open Activity. Every transfer you've sent appears with its current status and the recipient's name. Click into any transfer to see the full timeline (Submitted → Processed → Payment cleared), the amount and exchange rate, the recipient's details, and any receipts you've uploaded.
You can also see the most recent transfers on your Dashboard once you sign in.
