Fees, Rates & Limits
What's the difference between business and personal accounts?
We support both personal and business customers, but the way you get started and what you can do is different.
Personal accounts
- Self-serve sign-up via our online dashboard at online.kangaroo-service.com. See How do I create an account?.
- Available on all live corridors that Kangaroo Service operates.
- Standard identity verification and the same per-destination-country limits described in What are the transfer limits?.
Business accounts
- Registration is via our call centre, not the online dashboard. Business customers cannot self-register on
online.kangaroo-service.comat this time. Contact us and our team will set everything up with you. - Business transfers are only available on selected corridors — not every personal corridor is open for B2B traffic. Our team will confirm whether your corridor is currently supported when you get in touch.
- Business accounts get separate transfer limits that reflect typical commercial flows — these are agreed at onboarding and reviewed case-by-case as your activity scales.
- KYC moves up to KYB (Know Your Business): we'll ask for company-level documentation (registration certificates, beneficial-owner details, etc.) in addition to your personal ID, plus the relevant directors/signatories will go through individual KYC.
If you're a business looking to send internationally, give us a call — we'll walk you through the corridors and limits that apply to you and start the onboarding from there.
