What if my wallet already has money in it?

An unverified wallet can hold at most IDR 2,000,000, so the limit applies to the balance after the top-up, not just to the top-up itself. If the wallet already holds IDR 1,500,000, a top-up of more than IDR 500,000 will be refused by the wallet operator.

Spend the balance down first, or send a smaller amount. A top-up that would go over the limit is refused, and the full amount you paid, fees included, goes straight back to your Kangaroo Service balance.

A verified wallet (GoPay Plus, OVO Premier, DANA Premium) can hold up to IDR 20,000,000.
