Are there limits on how much I can send to Indonesia?

E-wallets: wallet limits are set by Bank Indonesia and the wallet operators, not by us.

• An unverified wallet, which is what most visitors to Indonesia have, can hold IDR 2,000,000 (about AUD 160) and receive IDR 20,000,000 a month (resetting on the 1st). So we cap each wallet top-up at IDR 2,000,000.
• A verified wallet (GoPay Plus, OVO Premier, DANA Premium) can hold IDR 20,000,000 and receive IDR 40,000,000 a month. Tick "my wallet is verified" at the quote to lift the cap.

Visitors can upgrade GoPay with a passport; OVO and DANA need an Indonesian KTP.
