No. Kangaroo Service pays out directly to bank accounts in Indonesia — we do not handle cash, and we do not require your recipient to present their KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) to us.

Your recipient will have already provided their KTP when they opened the bank account, so they do not need to provide it again to receive a transfer through us.
