What does each transfer status mean?
Your transfer can be in one of four states:
- New — We've received your transfer instruction and are waiting for funds to settle from your Automatcher wallet. If you haven't pre-funded, this is where you'd top up via your internet banking.
- Processed — Funds have been released to your recipient's bank or wallet. We send you a confirmation email at this point.
- Error — Something stopped the transfer from completing — usually a destination-bank issue, missing information we needed to verify with you, or invalid recipient details. The transfer amount is automatically returned to your Automatcher wallet.
- Canceled — The transfer was cancelled — either because its quote expired before funding arrived, or because you asked us to cancel it.
