Can I pay out to DuitNow or a mobile wallet in Malaysia?

Kangaroo Service pays out to Malaysia by bank account transfer. We pay funds into the recipient's bank account using their bank name and account number.

There is no mobile wallet payout option for Malaysia — payouts are to a bank account only.

DuitNow is Malaysia's domestic instant-payment service that recipients may use within their own banking app once funds have arrived; it describes what your recipient's bank can do on its side and is not a separate payout method we offer. To receive money from Kangaroo Service, your recipient simply needs a Malaysian bank account.
