Sending to a countryAustralia
What is a BSB?
Before sending money to Australia, please make sure that you have confirmed the Bank State Branch (BSB) code with your recipient as your transaction might be sent to the wrong recipient if the BSB code is incorrect.
BSB is a 6 digits number that consists of Bank, State, and Branch numbers in Australia. To send money to/from an Australian bank account, you’ll need a BSB code.
For more information about BSB, Kangaroo Service has a detailed article available on our blog, which you can read here.
To verify BSB number you may use Kangaroo Service's bsb lookup tool available here.
